符瑛，小学语文高级教师。她撰写的教育教学研究论文《真心付出 耐心引导 诚心鼓励——浅论教好特殊孩子的三大环节》获市级区级奖项，朝阳区民办教育系统“优秀教师”。她指导学生多次参加全国征文大赛，荣获一等奖。十三年来，她一直用爱浇灌着她所教的每一个孩子。​
