加拿大Appleby College于2020年12月2日举办了线上圆方国际会议，由该校的高中同学主持了本次会议，会议主题为：探讨加拿大原住民的历史和和解历程。我校圆方学生代表张天尧、王芊智、杜志海和指导老师李潇潇参加了本次会议。

此次会议由来自全球的16所圆方校组成，76名来自加拿大、美国、印度、澳大利亚、南非、德国、中国等多国学生参加。主办方分享了加拿大原住民的历史，由亲历者讲述自己的经历。所有参会同学进行了分组线上讨论，讨论大家对这段历史的看法、感受和未来发展的积极解决方案。本次会议通过主题演讲和分组讨论的形式帮助同学们从民主的角度重新审视了历史。

BCCSC students participated in Round Square online conference hosted by Appleby College in Canada
Appleby College in Canada invited Round Square schools to “Zoom around the World with Round Square” on the subject of ‘Truth and Reconciliation is it really happening?' with 76 students participating from 16 schools in Canada, India , USA, Peru, Australia, South Africa, Germany, China, Romania and Armenia. The call discussed students’ own experiences with indigenous people of Canada as stimulus for considering indigenous issues across the world. Zhang Tianyao, Wang Qianzhi and Du Zhihai joined the conference with the guidance of Round Square teacher Grace LI.
