2019 CATS China的交换生计划正在紧锣密鼓的进行中，共有17位十分优秀的学生进入最后面试轮，面试官均由CATS英美校本老师担任。奈何名额有限,最终八位幸运儿获得了前往英美校本部为期一个月的交流学习机会，他们将于2019年2月启程前往校本部学习。进入面试阶段的所有17位学生都收获了来自面试官中肯的评价和建议。

Chloe就是八位幸运儿中的一员，她欣然接受了采访，和大家分享在CATS China学习的感受。

1、请介绍一下自己。

Can you please introduce yourself?

我叫Chloe，目前就读于CATS China金山。我有广泛的兴趣爱好，无论是对各种课外活动还是对课业学术我都充满了兴趣。嗯，大概就是人们常说的“学时专注，玩时尽兴”的那种。比如，我既喜欢打网球时的畅快又能体会专注于生物学习时的乐趣。

I’m Chloe who studies in CATS China Jinshan campus.I have a wide range of interests whether activities or academics.I can enjoy the excitement of playing tennis meanwhile finding interests in biology.Discovering the new things and accepting them is always what I ook forward to.

2、CATS China最令你喜欢的是哪一方面？

What’s your favorite aspect of CATS China?

是学校的教学体系。老师们制定的规矩即合理又不过分严格，并且为我们留有足够的空间。

It's like the teaching system of school.Teachers made reasonable but not stiff rules that require students to follow and leave space for students to arrange time simultaneously.

3、独立的住校生活对你来说有挑战吗？

Do you find it challenge to live independently on campus?

我觉得的挑战就是自我管理。在课堂以外去主动学习更多的内容或者宁愿阅读而不是在电脑前浪费时间，这都算是挑战。父母不在身边，老师也不会强迫我们学习。所以，自我管理对我来说是的挑战。

Well the biggest challenge can be self-control.Doing the extra work to increase knowledge without teachers’requirements or keeping reading rather than wasting time on computers.My parents leave far away from me as well as teachers have no duty to enforce us.Therefore,control myself is the biggest challenge.

4、你希望12年级进入CATS哪个校本部学习？为什么？

Which CATS Campus you are planning to go for your Year 12 study?And why you chose this campus?

我想去CATS波士顿。据我所知，CATS波士顿校本部拥有悠久的历史并且在所有的高中里具有领先地位。我认为那里的教学质量一定是最出色的。

CATS Boston.Because as much I know,this school has long history and dominants a vital range in the entire high schools.I’m sure I will have the best education in that school.

5、你最喜欢的一门课是什么？为什么？

What’s your favorite subject and why?

数学！这门学科让我体会到了挑战和乐趣并存，从那以后我就爱上数学了。我衷心感谢我的数学老师，因为她的教学方法激发了我努力解决数学问题的热情。

I will say it’s math.I fall in love with this subject after I find the challenges and interests in it.I’m sincere appreciate my math teacher who gives us wonderful math classes,which attract me passion of solving math problems.

6、你已经有了理想大学和目标学科吗？

Do you have a target university and major you would like to study?

具体到哪一所大学，我还没有想过，不过肯定以大学为首选。至于目标学科的话，可能会是法律或媒体。

I haven’t thought about specific target university yet but definitely priority high range university.About major,probably law or media.

7、你觉得CATS China的交换生项目如何？对即将前往的英美校本部有何期待？

How do you like the exchange program at CATS China and what are you most looking forward to seeing at CATS U.K.or U.S.

我十分盼望，因为这会是一个体验美国学习环境的难得机会。我期待见到那里友善的朋友和新奇的活动项目。

I yearned for this exchange opportunity because the school provides a perfect chance to let students experience the America school circumstance.What I’m eager to see is the friendly friends and fresh activities in US.

来自CATS伦敦校本部A-level负责老师Ben Dolbear面试后对Chloe的评语为：

"Chloe has positive attitude and lots of extracurricular interests,it would be even better to give responses to questions a little more thought.

关于CATS China交换生计划

CATS China的学习模式为2+1，即两年在CATS中国学习，最后一年进入CATS英国(伦敦、剑桥或坎特伯雷校本部)或CATS美国波士顿校本部学习。每一学年，CATS China的学生都将享有免费的英美校本部交换学习机会，目的是让我们的学生在中国享受原汁原味CATS教育的同时，拥有切身体验CATS海外校本部学习生活的机会，以正确选择最适合自己的校区和城市进行最后一年的学习。交换生计划以选拔制进行，校本部交换期间学生也无需支付额外的学费及住宿费。
