What You’ll Learn

The AACSB-accredited Human Resource Management and Labor Relations, M.S. allows you to dive into HR fundamentals—such as employment law, employee relations, financial acumen, organizational psychology—all from a global perspective.

You’ll receive career preparation through hands-on class projects, internships, and mentoring by faculty and alumni. You’ll also experience professional development opportunities on an ongoing basis, learning about the latest trends from HR and labor relations professionals throughout the semester and attending major Long Island and New York City SHRM conferences and events.
