Our curriculum helps you achieve a better understanding of current events and a better appreciation of architecture, art, ideas and politics.

Course offerings range from American political and constitutional development to ancient and modern Europe to modern China. Some courses are available online. As you progress toward your degree, you can focus your studies on U.S., European/Western or non-Western history.

You'll complete 12 credit hours of core history courses and 18 credit hours of advanced work in a specialized area (U.S. history, European/Western history or non-Western history). At least one course will be taken in each of the two areas outside of your specialization.

English language requirement: IELTS: Overall band 6.0 or higher; TOEFL: Internet-Based (IBT): 79; Paper-Based: 550; PTE: Score of 53 or higher; ACT: 21 or higher on English; MELAB (official version): 80 or higher.
