This innovative programme aims to transcend a narrow focus on legal rules and put the study of corporate law in a wider interdisciplinary and comparative framework.

The portfolio of courses offered on the programme allows you to acquire in-depth knowledge of legal, economic, financial and comparative matters covering the entire life-cycle of a corporation.

The programme is particularly suited to those who have studied a range of private law subjects at undergraduate level, although it is also open to those whose undergraduate law degree has combined other specialisations.

为来自中国的学生设计 You should have a good first degree from a recognised institution, with minimum grades of between 80-85%. This is the University’s general minimum requirement but some programmes may have specific qualification requirements as well. Entry requirements vary from course to course and in cases there is also variation in the standards required for entry to certain courses. Courses in great demand are likely to require higher entry grades.
