在这里学什么？ This top-up year is designed to hone your business and management skills specifically for the creative industries. Equivalent to Year 3 of an undergraduate degree, the course enables you to convert an existing qualification such an HND into a full degree. You’ll join the programme at level 6 with your previous knowledge and accredited learning, and achieve a greater level of independence with self-managed research, study and practice.This course is offered at Oxford Business College, with the final BA (Hons) qualification awarded by the University for the Creative Arts. This means you will study in the central Oxford premises of Oxford Business College, taking advantage of our personalised teaching approach, experienced tutors and unbeatable location in the heart of this global education capital, but following a syllabus designed and overseen by the University for the Creative Arts.**Prepare for a role in the creative industries**Over the course of the year, you will develop the full range of entrepreneurial skills. For example, you’ll deepen your knowledge and understanding of tactical decision-making, whilst learning how to capture and create customer value at a strategic level.In addition, as ethical behaviour and corporate social responsibility now form part of the everyday consciousness of the consumer, you will be presented with the concept of business ethics and develop your abilities to examine its relevance when considering business objectives.Your final project will allow you to develop your skillset related to independent enquiry, enabling you to undertake a sustained research investigation of direct relevance to your area of interest.Overall, the course will foster your intellectual and ethical development and encourage your personal commitment to becoming a business professional.
