上师大附二外国际部10月19日升旗仪式回顾

10月19日上午,上师大附二外国际部在三楼多功能厅举行升旗仪式。张同学和许同学主持,孙同学进行国旗下演讲,三位同学均来自九年级。

孙同学从锻炼方法、精神塑造和保健技巧等方面讲述锻炼对保持健康身心的重要性。同时,锻炼要循序渐进、不断调整,最后找到适合自己的方法,成就自己。精神塑造不仅要大量读书,更要在生活中实践,从而形成自己的认识。合适的锻炼和良好的习惯为健康的心灵打下坚实基础,健康的心灵也为提升自我照亮光明的坦途。

此外,王新怡老师告诉大家可通过意见箱给学生会提意见,从而促进学生会各项活动更好地开展;黄文光老师提醒本周运动会相关事宜,提倡大家继续发扬体育精神,展现青年风采。

以下为孙同学的英文演讲稿:

Good morning everyone. My name is Mike from Grade 9 and I present today’s speech to you.

My topic is the way to master a suitable exercise method and how to learn a healthy and civilized behavior. Maybe my speech can help us learn or improve upon ourselves.

There are many different kinds of sports, therefore, there are much more way to do them. First of all, getting to know a way to exercise and trying to do it is more profitable than the number of sports you do. Let me give you an example, just like running, I know most of us want to run a long distance and even be good at it. Well, on your first running, you may want to make a high score and break it on the second time, but don’t be anxious, you can adapt the long distance running, but before that, you have to try to run for a short distance. The reasons are:

Firstly, you have to know the place that you are, like where you have to turn right and where you have to turn left, and also you have to choose where is suitable for running, because this is the first fight in your sunning career.

Secondly, you have to do this well on the first time, you also have to know your body first which is, how fast you can run and how long you can run.

The first experience might not be suitable, but it’s a good start, which is to make mistakes and improve upon them as the day goes by. After that you will be proud of yourself to know how well you have improved and most importantly found something healthy to do.

A healthy body equals to a healthy life. As you know, we all want to make friends with healthy people but not unhealthy people. Well a healthy person should have both healthy body and healthy mind. Your mind is the most important among these things, and having a healthy mind is not difficult at all.

First of all, you should read books to build up your mind, but remember reading is the first step, the next step is the application of what you have read. For example,like Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, this book not only tells us the importance of friends, it also tells us don’t judge a person by his appearance, just like Professor Snape and Professor Quarrel. We all thought that Professor Snape was the bad guy at first, but actually Professor Quarrel is, so we have to believe everyone we meet at first, and we have to know them by the time, this is very important.

Now let’s take it to the real life, as I mentioned earlier on, we have to apply the stuff we learn form the book, we have to find out which of them are suitable for use and which of them are not, just like the way we try to exercise.

I will end my speech with this little piece of advice for all of us. We need to take life step by step and live each day after the other. Always remember, your healthy is your life, so sleep well, eat well, drink more water, exercise more and have a healthy mind as well, for your life depends this, as this is the little you can do for yourself to live longer.
