继9月份表彰名单出炉后，上师大附二外国际部本月(10月)的表彰名单新鲜出炉，通过观察不难发现：大部分学生会成员姓名也出现在表彰名单中;10月份表彰名单较9月份有一定变化，上次没有进入名单的同学，这次角逐进入名单。

After the student commendations were published in September, the list of students who performed well in October was also released. It was interesting to note that many of the students who were selected to the Student Union were on the list for commendations.

In this type of friendly but competitive atmosphere, classmates try to catch up and overtake each other, vie for victory and refuse to accept defeat. Competition impels every student; is the driving force, the daring and high-spirited motivation to succeed. Through this type of competition, the school helps students to “realize the importance of living a meaningful life; helps students to develop in terms of morality and academic ability and helps students become world-oriented- a generation who can face the future bravely and with a sound personality.”

获得荣誉只是接受考验的**步，能否在激烈的竞争中“保持优势”或者“后来居上”，让我们拭目以待吧——11月份，我们再见。

Glory is only the first step of the test- the ultimate test is in maintaining the same momentum with which you began. All will be revealed in November….
