九月二十五日——我们翘首以盼的一天，因为我们上师大附二外国际部迎来了准备已久的商业创业大赛。剑桥高中部的同学们个个都在忙碌地准备着，走廊里，教室里，无处不见他们一个个巩固自己商业计划书的身影。大家都想把最的一面展现给所有人。

September 25th was the day we had all been looking forward to. This was the day of the long-awaited Business Start-up Competition that was to take place in the Middle school A-Level department. students had been very busy preparing their business plan. You might have thought you were not at a school as in the corridor and the classroom all the talk was about the business plan. Everyone wanted to make sure that their plan was the very best that they could produce.

下午两点，我们开始了创业比赛的**个环节，各小组搭建展台，向老师们展示自己的理念及方案。创业的核心是一个“创”字，它要求创业者不仅拥有非凡的勇气和毅力，敢于与一切作斗争;而且要独具慧眼，敢于创新，敢为天下之先。所以这次的报名参赛的十个小组都各具创新，从: Team Donno Theater, Team Frederick, Team 2Real, Team Super Beast, Team DTH, Team KADEER, Team Beauty Rose, Team Barbecue, Team KACEE, and Team Shirasawa，可以说每个同学都在努力地打破思维定势，将创新付诸实践。

At two o 'clock in the afternoon, we started the first part of the entrepreneurship competition. Each group had to set up a booth to show their ideas and solutions to the teachers. The core concept of entrepreneurship is "creation"; entrepreneurs are required to not only have extraordinary courage and perseverance, they also need to take risks. They need to dare - to fight against everything that may oppose them; to have a unique vision, to innovate, to be the first in the world with this idea. Therefore, the ten teams that entered the competition this time each had their own innovations. It could be said that every student was trying to break the traditional mindset and put innovation into practice by thinking creatively.Each team had to choose their own name. These were the teams taking part: Team Donno Theater, Team Frederick, Team 2Real, Team Super Beast, Team DTH, Team KADEER, Team Beauty Rose, Team Barbecue, Team KACEE, and Team Shirasawa

在本次商赛比赛中，我们还有幸请到了李校长，李校长非常关心本次的创业大赛，并且十分重视创新在同学们学习、生活中的作用。她耐心地走到每个展台前，询问每一个小组的想法和实施过程中遇到的困难，对于种种困难她总是先微笑着给予鼓励，再肯定每个小组的独特之处，最后她还会站在一个旁观者的角度发展性地提出潜在的问题和我们想法上的漏洞，帮助同学们进一步思考和完善方案。在李校长的指导下，我们看到了许多的不成熟，得到了很多启发。所以非常感谢李校长对我们梦想实施的激励与帮助。

In this business competition, we were also honored to have President Li attend. She took a great interest in the whole competition, as she believes that innovation is of great importance in a student’s daily life. She patiently went from booth to booth, taking time to ask each group about their ideas and the troubles they had encountered in the process of implementation. When confronted with the troubles, she was full of smiles and encouragement. Once the innovative idea had been explained to her, she took the perspective of a developer. Identifying weaknesses in the project, she posed questions that could help them see areas of improvement. Following her visit, each group was able to reflect on the weaknesses in their plans that she had helped them discover. Each group’s final project was so much better than before because of her valuable insight. We are extremely grateful to her for her encouragement and helping each student to achieve their dreams.

经过这**轮的再加工与润色，一个小时后，所有师生移步到了一楼礼堂。我们要在这里展开实现梦想的角逐了，在六位评委老师——三位中教、三位外教，面前我们要正式地以PPT的形式全英文演讲出自己的创业理念和模式。这也是最精彩的环节。两个小时的演讲却显得非常短暂，同学们都听得非常入神，这也是对每一位创业者的肯定。

After the first round of reprocessing and improving, all the students and teachers moved to the first floor auditorium. This was where the final judging would take place. In front of the six judges -- three Chinese teachers and three International teachers, each group formally delivered an English PPT about their entrepreneurial ideas and models. This was the best part. The two-hour event passed very quickly, and the students listened respectfully, giving each entrepreneur the opportunity to explain their ideas fully.

比赛紧张有序地进行着，比赛结束，评委老师们已经将分数统计了出来，一到五名奖项究竟花落谁家成了此刻最激动人心的悬念。最终，Team Super Beast, Team KADEER、Team DHT、Team Shirasawa和Team 2Real分别取得了前五名的好成绩。实至名归，这是对每一个创新理念的肯定，也是对每一个怀揣梦想的创业人的激励。

The competition proceeded in a tense but orderly manner. At the end of the competition the judges tallied the scores and announced the results. The top five groups were ranked by the judges, and were as follows: Team Super Beast was the winner, followed by Team KADEER, Team DHT, Team Shirasawa and Team 2Real respectively. The work put in and presented showed that all the students were worthy of the name of entrepreneur; their ideas were truly innovative, and showed that each one had a dream and that they were able to inspire others with their dream!

青春没有什么不可以，大声说出你的创业梦想，你就是下一个耀眼的赢家!
