犹记得开学之初对学生的谆谆教诲，这群活泼可爱的精灵拿到上师大附二外剑桥部《学生行为规范手册》爱不释手的研读起来。

I still fondly remember how these lively and intelligent students began the school year- they studiously read through the book containing the School Code of Conduct.

李莉校长的寄语深深的感染了每一只精灵：孩子，感谢你来到我们的学校......孩子，学习是你成长的良方......孩子，历练让你坚强......孩子，愿你们“ 与智慧同行;与快乐结伴;与世界对话，愿你们成为“有勇气、有特长、 有爱心、有自由”的青少年。

曾经广为流传一句话：有德有才为圣人,有德无才为凡人,无才无德为庸人,有才无德是危害。可见“育人为本，德育为先，砥砺前行”。孩子们自然是向“优秀”看齐，取长补短。孩子们的行为细节也验证他们有一颗“向上优秀”的心：进场快、静、齐;遵守纪律，面带微笑;离座时，带好自己的物品.....

It is said that: A man of strong moral character and abilities is a truly unique individual. A person who has character but no talents is ordinary. A person without strong moral fiber and with no abilities is a mediocre person, but a person with abilities but no character will endanger society. It is clear that “educating people in all aspects is the foundation, beginning with moral education. 学部也及时对学生们的学习和行为进行表彰，正如李莉校长在寄语中提到：孩子们，请牢记：以约束为前提的自由是人生**的自由。孩子们，加油。
