2019年9月24日,上师大附二外剑桥部有幸请来了上海学习共同体研究引航老师——王晓叶老师。他给我们6C班的学生上了一节学习共同体的数学示范课,我们都迫切的希望看到,学习共同体的课堂究竟有何不同,这样的课堂我们的孩子究竟在做些什么?我们迫切的希望能够在今天的课程中寻求答案。
On September 24, we had the pleasure of hosting a visitor from the learning community in Shanghai. Teacher Wang Xiaoye presented a lesson to the students of Grade 6C. This was a mathematical model lesson from the learning community. We were all eager to see and understand what the difference was between a learning community classroom and a traditional classroom lesson. In the classroom we need to focus more on what our children are able to do, and we really wanted to be able to find the answer to this challenge in the lesson that was presented.

李莉校长一直致力带领大家走在探究研讨“如何促进学生深度学习”的道路上,我们先后请来陈静静博士、吴慧琳博士来用理论和实践让大家切实的见证:如何让孩子们在课堂里“深度”学习,相信很多人心里充满了期待,而结果告诉我们:这样的课堂,我们的孩子是喜欢的,至少他们脸上洋溢的笑容毫不遮掩的告诉我们他们在课堂上收获了幸福。而我想这幸福来自于课堂的“深度学习”。
Principal Li has been committed to leading the school in the exploration of “how to promote deep learning” in our students. We invited Dr Chen Jingjing and Dr. Wu Huilin to use both theory and practical experience, so that everyone could witness: “How to let children in the classroom experience “deep” learning”. My feeling was that many people in the room were full of expectations, and the results did not disappoint. When we looked at the children’s faces, we saw that they were smiling. Their beaming smiles told us that they had really enjoyed in this class. My belief is that this happiness comes as a result of the “deep learning” that has taken place in the classroom.
接下来我们将走近王晓叶老师,听听他如何来构建他心目中的课堂世界,用以承载我们孩子的“幸福”。首先,我们需要明确这节课:我们需要**孩子什么?这节课孩子需要习得什么?这就像行动纲领一样,我们需要明确目的,才能有效的把握,有条不紊的推进,循序渐进的开展教育教学**!
Next, we accompanied Mr. Wang Xiaoye to hear how he constructs the classroom world mentally in order to ensure the "happiness" of our children. First, we need to be clear about this lesson: What do we need to teach our children? And, what do our children need to learn in this lesson? This is like the Program of Action. We need a clear purpose, in order to fully grasp and methodically promote a step by step method to implement the correct education and teaching that needs to take place!

再者,我们如何通过既定的纲领,如何将课堂填补丰满,这是我们需要用心设计的,当然,我们的设计一定是为了我们的目标服务,将抽象的概念具象的过程,是我们的孩子将晦涩难懂的概念通过身临其境的活动习得的过程。无论它的载体是什么,可以是一段数学历史,可以是一个有趣的活动,可以是动手的,可以是聆听的,也可以是阐述的,在这里,我们没有限制!
Moreover, how do we create a well-established program, which we need to design wholeheartedly? Our design must of course lead to the ultimate goal, which is the figuring out and understanding of abstract concepts. The process by which our children acquire these concepts is through immersive activities. The type of activity does not really matter; it can be mathematics or history; it can be an interesting and fun activity; it can be a hands-on activity; it can be a listening activity – there are no limits to what we can do!
其次,我们也谈到如何有效的推动课堂。这个核心关键是倾听。建立与学生的倾听关系,如何**倾听,在倾听关系中学习如何尊重,**如何表达,**交换意见,**今后许许多多可能在生活中不经意间就能流露出的能力,**将来能够在社会生活中独当一面的技能!而这,我想便是教育的初衷!
Next, we also talked about how to arrange our classrooms to promote learning. The key is listening. We need to build a listening relationship with our students. We all need to learn how to listen respectfully, learn how to express our views, learn how to share our views. In future days, these skills will empower us to learn so much and develop unique social and life skills. This, I believe, was the original intention of education!
最后,我们有幸邀请上海市特级教师广德宏老师主持研讨会,许多听课教师也积极参与,课后的研讨异常激烈,我们从学共体的核心,就目前学习共同体的内容,如何确保课堂有效实施,学生习得、学习习惯的时效性,学生在综合能力上的外显等等,都一一进行交流,非常开心的是我们在一定程度上都有了答案!王老师的课程虽然结束了,但带给我们的启发远未结束......
Finally, we had the honor of inviting specialist teacher Guang Dehong from Shanghai to preside over the seminar. Many teachers participated in the seminar, and the discussions were intense. What we learned from our experience with the learning community was extensive- how to ensure the effective implementation of classroom practices, how to promote real learning in the classroom, how to develop the study habits of our students, and how to improve the student’s ability to understand. In closing, each one had the opportunity to express their thanks to the guests that we all benefited from the program. Although Mr. Wang’s course was completed, we are confident that the inspiration he has given, will keep us going for many days to come...
