2019年5月27日，上师大附二外国际部升旗仪式如约而至。本周升旗仪式的主持人是来自十年级的宇文卓烨和鲁锦泽两位同学，进行国旗下演讲的是常琳青老师，还有黄文光老师宣布上周拔河比赛获奖名单，并通知本周三的体育活动。

On May 27, the flag-raising ceremony arrived as scheduled. This week's flag-raising ceremony were hosted by Rita Yuwen and William Lu from Grade 10. Ms. Lynn delivered a speech. Following that Mr. Alan Huang announced the list of winners of last week's tug-of-war competition, and notified Wednesday's sports activities.

在庄严的升旗仪式之后，常老师给大家带来了自己的英文演讲首秀，主题为“是什么促使了你比别人更幸运”。如何抓住那捉摸不定、具有偶然性的幸运，常老师给大家介绍了两种方法：一是要勇于承担一些风险，走出舒适区。就像幼年初学走路、说话和骑车那样，过程中肯定有各种不顺，但最终会实现所有的愿望;也如同她自己初次尝试担任社会活动的领导者一样，虽然焦虑紧张，但最后团队中每个人都有很多的收获。二是要感谢他人对自己的帮助。正是他人贡献的众多力量，才最终成就了自己的成功。每个人的幸运离不开他人的帮助，我们要懂得感恩。

After the solemn flag-raising ceremony, Ms. Lynn brought us her first English speech with the theme "What makes you luckier than others". How to seize the uncertain, highly contingent luck, Ms. Lynn introduced two ways: first, to take some risks and get out of the comfort zone. Just like learning to walk, talk and ride a bicycle at the beginning of her childhood, there must be all kinds of difficulties in the process, but eventually all her wishes will be realized; just like her first attempt to be a leader in social activities, although anxious and nervous, everyone in the team has a lot to gain in the end. Second, we should thank others for their helps. It is the many forces contributed by others that ultimately make the success come true. Everyone's fortune needs the help of others. We should know how to be grateful.

接下来，黄文光老师宣布上周拔河比赛的获奖名单：第四名是Group5，第三名是group3，第二名是Group7，冠军是Group2，并依次邀请朱学武老师、黄文光老师、Mr. VerVers和崔校长给获奖代表颁奖，并合影留念。

Next, Mr. Alan announced the list of winners of last week's tug-of-war: fourth place is Group 5, third place is Group 3, second place is Group 7 and first place is Group 2. Ms. Nancy Zhu, Mr. Alan Huang，Mr. VerVers and Principal Cui Jing were invited to present awards to the winners and took pictures.

最后，黄文光老师介绍了本周三的乒乓球和羽毛球两项比赛的相关事宜。希望大家发扬拼搏精神，赛出乐趣，赛出水平!

Finally, Mr. Alan Huang introduced this Wednesday's table tennis and badminton competitions. He hoped everyone will have fun, and get improvement.
