2019年3月1日13:30分，在上师大附二外剑桥双语部教学楼1楼，俱乐部“集市”选课活动开始。各俱乐部负责老师摆好展台，准备好自己创办的俱乐部资料，有的老师还制作了海报，以最真诚的语言和最热忱的心态向家长和学生发出邀请。

On the 1st of March at 13:30, the scene on the first floor of the Cambridge Department resembled a kind of country fair or marketplace to which the parents had been invited. Each club, with the responsible teacher had set up a booth at which their club materials were on display. Some enthusiastic teachers, with a flair for marketing, even made their own posters with which to attract the parents and students to their club.

另一方面，家长和学生细心听取老师的介绍，根据学生的实际需要情况出发，共同讨论选择，甚至向同行家长。热闹的场景，就像过年赶集市一般。有位家长说：“可不嘛，我们也‘讨价还价’讨得一个让孩子全面发展的机会，还得是一个让孩子学业有成、家校共赢的结果!”

Parents and students listened to the brief introduction given by each teacher. Then, bearing in mind the actual needs of the student, they discussed choices with their child and the teachers. Some parents also chatted among themselves, comparing and consulting with each other. The lively scene is reminiscent of a market on New Year’s Day! One parent said: “Well, we also like to “bargain” for the best opportunities for our child’s all-round development and to ensure their academic success. It’s a win-win situation!”

本次俱乐部“集市”丰富多彩，多达56种选择。涵盖范围广泛，厨房里的烘焙课搬进教室，舞台上的摇滚乐队在这里生根发芽。内容更加精细化，武术分为基础武术和进阶武术两种，对不同层次的学生因材施教，帮助学生成长。

This club selection display is rich and colorful with as many as 56 club options available. They range from baking classes in the kitchen, move into the classrooms for academics, and even have rock bands that take to the stage. There is Wushu, also known as martial arts, divided into both beginners and advanced classes. Students at different levels can take classes according to their abilities to help them develop and grow.

我校的俱乐部课程是一大亮点特色，是对课堂教学的一种有效补充，建立以来，受到家长和学生不断的好评，对促进学生德智体美劳全面发展起到重要作用。这次俱乐部邀请家长来到现场，与学生共同商议，相信我校俱乐部的开展会更上一层楼!让我们拭目以待吧!

The Club courses at our school have become quite a highlight, and are also an effective supplement to classroom teaching and learning. Since its establishment, it has been well received by parents and students, playing an important role in promoting the advancement of students - in terms of moral, intellectual, physical fitness and handiwork development. This time, parents were invited to the school to join in the excitement of choosing and discussing the club selection together.
