上师大附二外国际部本周升旗仪式由来自12年级的学长们担任主持和国旗下演讲，主持人是崔同学和穆同学两位学长，演讲者是郏同学和蒋同学两位学长。四位同学代表毕业班组织的这最后一次升旗仪式让大家感到了其特殊的意义，并且格外富有深情。

This week's flag-raising ceremony was once again hosted by Grade 12. The hosts were Michael Cui and Tony Mu. The speakers were Jame Jia and Eric Jiang. Seeing that this will be the final flag-raising ceremony hosted by the Grade 12s, everyone felt its special significance, and it was particularly heart-warming.

在庄严的升旗仪式之后，郏敏江同学首先作演讲，他希望大家都要怀揣梦想，并有实现它的勇气。因为高三的生活会让人笑、让人拼搏，也会令人哭、令人迷茫，要想在重重困难面前屹立不倒，学弟学妹们一定要抓住梦想和勇气，经受住时间的煎熬，最终会和所有12年级的学长一样，步入理想的大学。毕业后，虽然大家散落各地，但郏同学坚信，埋在心底的情谊会让大家在未来的某一天重聚在一起。

After the solemn flag-raising ceremony, Jame Jia was the first to speak. He expressed the wish that everyone would cherish their dreams and have the courage to realize them. Life in Grade 12 has made them laugh and cry. They have faced struggles and have often felt confused. In times like this it is necessary for each student to stand strong in the face of many difficulties. At the same time, students must make their dreams come true, and keep fighting, to be able to enter the university of their choice. After they have graduated, even though they will be scattered, Jame Jia firmly believes that the bonds of friendship forged in these years will ensure that they will find time to reunite one day in the future.

蒋立钦同学在接下来的演讲中说到时间流转，自己由一个懵懂的孩子逐渐转变为一名世界青年，这离不开学校提供的众多机会。在申请大学的过程中，感谢崔校长、所有老师的帮助与支持。并希望学弟学妹们把握青春年华，享受美好校园生活的同时，为申请世界知名大学作准备!

Eric Jiang was the next to speak. His point was that with the passing of time, he had gradually changed from an ignorant child to a global student. This achievement was because of the numerous opportunities provided by the school. He expressed his thanks to Principal Cui and all the teachers for their help and support in the application for universities. He also encouraged students to make the most of their youth, to enjoy their lives on this campus life, and prepare for the application to some of the world's top universities!

然后，Mr. Ververs为大家讲解夏季校服的着装要求，希望各位同学在校园中的形象能体现出自己良好的精神风貌，为学习助力，为校园添光彩。

Mr. Ververs took time to explain the dress requirements of our School Code of Conduct. By smartening up their image, it will help students be develop a more professional attitude, which will benefit them in the long term.

紧接着，黄文光老师宣布10年级演讲比赛获奖名单，并依次邀请施秀英老师、余安琪老师、李跃超老师、Mr. VerVers、朱学武老师、Mr. Wattrus和崔校长给获奖学生颁奖，并合影留念。

Then, Mr. Alan Huang announced the list of winners of the 10th grade speech contest, and invited Ms. Elena Shi, Ms. Angel Yu, Mr. Jacky Li, Mr. VerVers, Ms. Nancy Zhu, Mr. Wattrus and Principal Cui to present awards to the winners.

接着是中国文化节活动宣讲，本次文化节精选了七项传统文化项目：粽叶飘香、华服展示、五色绳和蛋兜编织、风筝制作、中国书法与国画、科举考试模拟以及香囊制作，依次由施秀英、葛倩、项玉、柳李仙、常琳青、杜兴龙和张春宇七位老师对其进行生动讲解，并欢迎学生们积极参加各项活动。此外，Mr. Hulshof还带领同学们为文化节设计了具有创意的宣传海报。

Ms. Elena Shi introduced the activities of the Chinese Cultural Fair. Seven traditional cultural items are selected in this festival: Making Chinese Rice-Pudding, Exhibition of ancient traditional costumes, five-color rope and egg pocket weaving, kite making, Chinese calligraphy and painting, Simulation of the Imperial Examination and sachet making. Seven teachers, Ms. Elena Shi, Ms. Jessica Ge, Ms. Xiang Yu, Ms. Cherry Liu, Ms. Lynn Chang, Mr. Du Xinglong and Ms. Spring Zhang, gave a detailed explanation of each activity. Students are welcome to actively participate in various activities. In addition, Mr. Hulshof and his students designed creative posters for the festival.

最后，黄笛轩老师对即将到来的心理活动月中举行的各项活动进行了详细地解说，并鼓励各位同学踊跃报名。

Finally, Ms. Cheryl Huang introduced the theme of mental health and explained some of the psychology-related activities that will be presented. She encouraged all students to join in.
