近日，上师大附二外国际部举办了10年级演讲比赛。各位同学展示了自己非凡的演讲才能，下一代“超级演说家”也许就是他们。

Recently, our school held a speech contest for grade 10 students. As if the next generation of "great orators" had been born, they demonstrated their extraordinary speaking skills.

有的同学讨论“如何提高自我约束”;有的同学分享“关于未来规划和目标设定的重要性”;有的同学畅言“我的目标”;有的同学浅谈“如何做比较好的自己”;有的同学剖析“如何改掉身上的坏毛病”;有的同学陈述“爱国主义”;有的同学交流“乐观的想法”......

Among the topics presented were: "How to improve self-restraint"; "The importance of future planning and goal setting", "My personal goals”, "How to do my best" and "How to get rid of bad habits". Some students’ speeches were "Patriotic ‘,whilst others exchanged "optimistic ideas"...

从演讲的角度看，这些同学们十分投入的与大家讨论人们熟悉而确信的东西，观点鲜明，内容具有鼓动性，结构清楚，层次简明，语言流畅，深刻风趣，通俗易懂，也生动感人。

From the perspective of speeches, it is clear that these students are dedicated to discussions about the topics that people are familiar with. They convinced us with their clear viewpoints, inspiring ideas and structured content. Their speeches were concise, witty and fluently delivered, and they impressed us with profound and interesting topics which were easy to understand, vivid and moving.

从学识的角度看，这些同学体察在校的学习和对生活，思想和眼光都已经比刚进入学校时深刻独到了许多。这些同学进步的原因，是做到了陈姝羽同学演讲中说的那样：我们在学习的同时应该认真、仔细地衡量自己的能力，在学习别人的同时注意自己的个性。我们应该从自身的优势出发，发展自己，摆正位置，确定目标，发展自己。

From the perspective of knowledge, these students have developed deeper and more unique thoughts and visions, achieved through their studies at school and their observations of life experiences. In his speech, Chen Shuyu suggested reasons for student’s achievements: “We should study conscientiously, whilst at the same time seriously and carefully measure our own abilities. When learning from others, we should pay attention to our own personality. We should start from our own advantages, develop ourselves, place ourselves in the right position to set goals and grow.”

10年级演讲比赛

“我们中国像大海而不是一片小池塘，大海有风平浪静之时，也有狂风雨骤之时。狂风可以掀翻小池塘，但不能掀起大海。经历了无数的风雨，大海依旧在这，而中国也依旧在这。”王达同学演讲至此处，以手指心，浓厚的中国文化自信情怀打动了观众。

“Our country is like the sea, not a small pond. When the sea is calm, stormy days do come. A strong wind can overturn a small pond, but not the sea. After countless storms, the sea is still here, and China is still here.” Wang Da touched the audience with his moving speech and strong sense of Chinese cultural confidence.

这正好与宇文卓烨同学的爱国情怀交相呼应：我们爱中华文化，我们爱中国艺术，我们应把最纯粹的东西分享给全世界，让全世界感受到我们中华文化之美!

This coincides with Yu Wenzhuoye's patriotic feelings: “We love Chinese culture and we love Chinese art. We should share the purest things with the world, so that the whole world can experience the beauty of our Chinese heritage!”

本次比赛本着公平、公正、公开的原则评选出若干奖项。

In the spirit of fairness, impartiality and openness, a number of awards were made after the competition.

这些同学在不断的自我要求，自我进步，自我成长，并始终有一颗红色的中国心。未来的他们是学贯中西、胸怀祖国、放眼世界、有德有才的的集大成者!

These students are constantly demanding more of themselves, busy with self-improvement, and growth, and continue to possess a “red” Chinese heart. In the future, they will be the masters of Chinese and Western learning, embrace the motherland, have a world-wide vision, and a unique combination of virtue and talent!
